New project
Showers, floors, backsplashes, fireplaces, full bathroom remodels. Josh comes out, measures, and you get a written estimate — no obligation.
Yes. Josh comes out, measures, looks at the substrate and talks through tile and layout with you, then you get a written estimate — scope, materials and schedule, line by line. No obligation and no pressure.
A backsplash is usually one to two days. A shower or tub surround runs three to five working days including waterproofing and cure times. A full bathroom remodel is typically two to four weeks; whole-house floors and larger remodels can run longer. Your estimate carries the schedule for your job.
Replacing tile like-for-like is cosmetic and usually doesn’t. A bathroom remodel that moves plumbing, changes electrical or alters the shower pan generally needs a permit from your city, and in most Coachella Valley cities the HOA wants notice too. We tell you up front what your project needs and handle the paperwork that’s ours to handle.
For a backsplash, a floor in one room or a second bathroom, almost always — we seal off the work area and clean up daily. A whole-house floor or the only bathroom in the house is harder to live around, and we’ll plan the sequence so you’re never without a working bathroom for long.
Either. We can source tile and stone from our suppliers at contractor pricing, or you can pick your own and we’ll tell you how much to order — including the overage every tile job needs for cuts and breakage. Either way the estimate lists exactly what’s included.
